DELIVERIES
UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS

Free carriage on all orders placed online for goods with a net value above £150.00 (UK mainland only, standard terms & conditions apply)

Our Primary carrier is Parcelforce (Pallet Deliveries via M&S Transport).


UK mainland only, Sunday to Thursday. Order up to 3:00pm online for Next Day Delivery.  (Friday orders, delivered Monday)
Orders with a net value below £150.00, will be charged a flat rate carriage of £6.50 plus VAT.

  • Credit account customers should use the bank transfer option at check out – confirmations will then be processed via email.
  • Service runs Monday to Friday only and applies to UK mainland only.

Returns

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the garments we supply.

Should you need to return an item, we have detailed here, the steps for you to follow to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the garment(s) within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the items, excluding carriage costs.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we would recommend using a “signed for” service to ensure that nothing is lost or misplace during delivery.

Please ensure your contact sales@starworlduk-webshop.com to obtain a returns reference before shipping your returns.

The garments must be returned in a saleable condition, this means that they must not have been used/worn. You must include their original packaging.

Returns will be processed within 4 working days of receipt of garments.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
